How Did a Future NHL Player Inspire High Valley to Get Their Start?

Like most Canadians, Brad Rempel of High Valley played hockey as a kid, but after losing a game to future Nashville Predator, Jordin Tootoo, Brad decided to take up the guitar!

Brad: “I played a lot of hockey growing up, until (Tootoo) beat us 21 nothing and I was the goalie. That was sign from heaven telling me to quit playing hockey and start doing country music!”

Brad met Tootoo later at a Nashville Predators game

Brad: “He was nice enough to laugh about it and sign his stick and give it to my son, so I thought that was pretty cool!”
