Slacking off

 

We spend an average of five hours a week doing things that have nothing to do with our job – answering personal emails, scrolling through our phones or checking up on Facebook. That doesn’t include breaks or lunch – this is during the time when we’re supposed to be working. As long as you’re getting your work done, taking a little time out of your day is probably good for you mentally, right? How much time do you spend on non-work related issues every week?
