According to a new study, doing this every morning can lower your risk of a heart attack by up to 18%.
Getting your morning started with breakfast can lower your risk of heart attack by up to 18%. Scientists found that people who skipped breakfast or even ate just a light breakfast had a higher risk of hardening of the arteries. The larger and healthier the breakfast, the lower the risk. 20 – 30% of adults skip breakfast every day. I have oatmeal, a banana and an orange every weekday morning and a bigger breakfast on the weekends. I don’t usually go for the big eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes kind of breakfast anymore. How about you? What’s your breakfast routine like?
