Morning Mindbender for Thursday 2/15/18
According to a new study, if you have one of these, you probably also weigh at least five extra pounds.
Fat and happy! Sounds like me! Married people weigh an average of five pounds more than single people and people who are dating. Part of the reason is shared eating habits and activity habits when you’re married. One partner can influence the other. However, the reverse is also true. Married couples who try to lose weight or get in better shape together have more success than singles trying to do it alone. So share good habits with each other for an even longer marriage! Have you gained any weight since getting married?
