Listening to music while working out, jogging or even just walking makes you 28% happier. It doesn’t make the exercise any easier but it does make you more satisfied with the workout. Doctors say music could be used to convince people who don’t like working out to give it a try. Do you listen to music while you’re working out or jogging or even walking?
