According to a new study, for every hour a toddler does this during the day, they will lose 15 minutes of sleep at night.

If your kids are having trouble sleeping at night, it might be related to their activities during the day – especially if those activities include touch screens or electronic devices. Every hour of screen time equals 15 minutes less sleep at night. Do your kids use touch screens? How old were your kids when you first let them use electronic devices? We tried to keep my daughter away from them when she was younger but it’s nearly impossible! She got her first cell phone at age 12. How about your kids?
