Morning Mindbender for Wednesday 9/13/17

According to a new survey, the average American is awake for 16 hours a day and spends 12 of those hours doing this.

Sitting

When you add up all of the time you sit at work and sit to eat and sit in front of the TV at night, the average American sits for 12 hours a day! And doctors say that too much sitting can lead to an early death. People who sit for longer periods of time tend to have more health issues. Doctors recommend that you get up to move around every 30 minutes to stay healthier. Good luck telling your boss you’re going for a walk every half hour! Do you have to sit a lot during your day? How often do you get up and move around?
