Miranda Lambert's on voice rest. A post on the singer's website says she's overextended her voice, and is now following doctor's orders in taking some time off. Miranda's condition forced her to skip a couple of shows over the weekend. She missed her appearance at the Jam in the Valley festival in Varysburg, New York on Friday, but event organizers were able to get Gretchen Wilson and Sawyer Brown to fill in. Lambert also postponed her show Saturday in Scranton, Pennsylvania, which is expected to be rescheduled. Miranda is slated to return to the road with a show in Orange Beach, Alabama on Thursday.
