Colt Ford could have his first Billboard 200 top ten album with "Declaration of Independence." Billboard.com says the country rapper's disc is expected to have first-week sales surpassing the 20-thousand mark, which could be enough to land the project in the top tier of the all-genre chart. Ford's last two albums both reached the top 40 on the Billboard 200, and were top ten discs on the Country Albums chart. His 2010 effort "Chicken & Biscuits" peaked at number eight on the country chart and at 28 on the Billboard 200, while 2011's "Every Chance I Get" rose to number three on the country list and to 26 on the Billboard 200. "Declaration of Independence" includes the single "Back," featuring guest vocals from Jake Owen.
