Rascal Flatts Getting Walk Of Fame Star Next Week


Rascal Flatts will soon get their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The trio's unveiling ceremony has been scheduled for September 17th. The group is getting star number two-thousand-480, which will be placed on Hollywood Boulevard in front of Sergeant Supply Store. Band members Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus, and Joe Don Rooney will be on hand for the event, while other stars and plenty of fans are also expected to attend. And those who can't be in Hollywood to celebrate with Rascal Flatts in person can still check out the festivities. The event will be streamed online at

Rascal Flatts will follow their Walk of Fame honor with an appearance on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno." The group is slated to sing their current single, "Come Wake Me Up," on the show.

Rascal Flatts is the second country act to be honored with a Walk of Fame star this month. Vince Gill celebrated his star unveiling on the Walk last week.
