Kip Moore Earns Second Career Number One With "Beer Money"

Kip Moore is celebrating the success of his latest chart-topping hit, "Beer Money." The singer says the song reflects how people use music and other forms of entertainment as an escape, even when they don't have much cash to spare.
Moore says the concept behind "Beer Money" stemmed from a conversation about a friend's father who was out of work after putting in 31 years on the job. Kip explains that the man's story really highlighted to him just how tough times are for many people right now. "Beer Money" is the number one song on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart. It's Moore's second chart-topping hit, following "Somethin' 'Bout A Truck." Both songs are on Kip's debut album, "Up All Night."
