Carrie Underwood Honored To Represent Country Music At Grammys
Carrie Underwood is set to take the Grammy stage this weekend, and she says she feels honored to be one of the artists chosen to represent country music at the ceremony.
Carrie says she also feels honored to be invited back to the event. She says she's lucky to have had the opportunity to take part in some "really cool" Grammy moments throughout her career. But Underwood won't be the only country star playing the Grammys this year. Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Hunter Hayes and more will also be performing.
Underwood may get a chance to take the Grammy stage as a winner as well. Her song "Blown Away" earned two nominations, including Best Country Solo Performance. The 55th annual Grammy Awards will be handed out this Sunday at a ceremony airing live on CBS at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
