Country stars are embracing the holiday season with new Christmas music and videos! These two music videos featuring Chris Janson and Blake Shelton will have you in the holiday spirit, no doubt.
Chris Janson “It Is Christmas”
“It Is Christmas” is the first Christmas song Chris Janson has recorded. Janson told CMT that he hadn’t had an interest in recording a Christmas song because he didn’t want to record other people’s music. He explained, “If I’m going to do it, I want to … I just don’t want to follow the crowd. I have to write my own,” he asserted. “So we just wrote our own. When we wrote it I wanted a spoken word kind of thing, to me that’s what Christmas is,” he said.
The heartwarming video features his own wife and kids sharing their holiday traditions. From eating their Christmas dinner, to catching up with family and friends, and opening presents, this video captures what the holiday spirit is all about. Watch for yourself:
