Brad Paisley Shares Mindset Behind New Album

(Nashville, TN) -- Brad Paisley says fans shouldn't expect another "Wheelhouse" with his next album. While the country star wanted to stir things up with his last studio effort, and included songs about more serious subjects, he says "Moonshine In The Trunk" is "completely different."

Brad adds that he helped create a party atmosphere in recording the songs by installing a bar in his home that the musicians could access while they worked. Paisley admits offering alcohol to his band members wouldn't have been the best idea if he were making a jazz album. But he says country music "only gets better" when the musicians "have a couple of drinks." Brad's current single, "River Bank," is the first release from "Moonshine in the Trunk," which will be in stores on August 26th.
