Former "Idol" Josh Gracin Sparks Concerns With Ominous Facebook Post

(Spring Hill, TN) -- Former "American Idol" finalist has friends, family members, and the authorities worried after posting what appears to be a suicide note on Facebook. TMZ.com says police went to his home in Spring Hill, Tennessee today to check on him after they were alerted to the post. Josh writes about troubles in his relationship, saying he "admitted" his mistakes and told his wife "the truth," and she "turned her back" on him when he "needed her help the most." He also asks readers to "pray" for his family "as they carry on in this world without" him. Gracin was not at home when police arrived. But officers have reportedly reached him on the phone, and are waiting for him to return.

Gracin competed on season two of "American Idol," finishing in fourth place. The former Marine went on to launch a country music career, and has released three albums. The 33-year-old singer topped the chart in 2004 with the single "Nothin' To Lose." Josh and his wife, Ann Marie, were married in 2001. They have four children together.
