Jerrod Niemann To Play First Headlining Ryman Show In September

(Nashville, TN) -- Jerrod Niemann admits "excited" is really "an understatement" in describing how he feels about his upcoming Ryman show. The country star will make his headlining debut at the famed Nashville venue on September 12th. Jerrod says it's a landmark event in a performer's career. The singer calls it "a rite of passage for all musicians to grace her stage as the main act," and he's "very much looking forward to having that honor."

The Ryman date is part of Niemann's tour in support of his latest album, "High Noon." The disc features his number one hit "Drink To That All Night" and his current single, "Donkey." Jerrod's road work this summer includes his own shows and festivals, along with dates as an opener on Keith Urban's "Raise 'Em Up" tour. His next performance will be Tuesday in Burlington, Iowa.
