Kacey Musgraves "Lucky" To Have Control Over Her Music

(Nashville, TN) -- Kacey Musgraves admits she's very fortunate in her career. The country star says she's grateful she's been allowed to make her own music in her own way.

Kacey's intuition seems to be working well for her. The singer's debut album, "Same Trailer Different Park," has gone Gold, while her breakthrough hit "Merry Go 'Round" has been certified Platinum. And Kacey continues to entertain audiences in concert. She'll be appearing at the Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco on Friday.
