Kenny Chesney Appreciates "Unique" Qualities Of Latest Single

(Nashville, TN) -- Kenny Chesney says his latest single, "American Kids" really grabbed him. The country star explains that the song is unlike anything he's recorded before.

Chesney adds that he felt "American Kids" had "the potential to be pretty special." He explains that it's slow to build and has "a lot of twists and turns," which add to the "unique ride" listeners take with the song. "American Kids" is the first single from Chesney's next album. The upcoming studio effort is Kenny's follow up to 2013's "Life on a Rock."
