Lady Antebellum Added To Georgia Music Hall Of Fame

(Atlanta, GA) -- Lady Antebellum is receiving some special recognition. The country trio is among this year's inductees into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. Band members Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood are both from the Peach State. They first met as kids growing up in Augusta. Haywood says this honor is unlike anything the group has experienced before. He adds that as a Georgia native, it's "pretty special hearing the words 'Lady Antebellum' and 'Hall of Fame' in the same sentence." Lady A will be inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame along with comedian Jeff Foxworthy, Collective Soul frontman Ed Roland, Southern rockers Wet Willie, and others, at an event in Atlanta on October 11th.
