Lee Brice Putting "A Lot" Of Himself Into New Album


(Undated) -- Lee Brice says his new album really is a genuine reflection of him and his life at the moment. The singer tells TasteOfCountry.com "I Don't Dance" is filled with "everything" that he "needed to get out." He adds that he plays several instruments as well as "most of the guitar" on the album. Lee says the disc reflects all of his influences, which "is everything from Aerosmith to the Black Crowes to Garth Brooks to Hank Jr." The country star admits he was also inspired by Bruno Mars, and the way the pop star blends "classic" with "new, hip sounds." He says on his record he works to combine classic country elements with sounds that "might be a little out there." Brice adds that even the cover art is derived from an old Tim McGraw album. Lee's "I Don't Dance" will arrive on September 9th.
