Little Big Town Detail Strange McGraw Interview For ABC Special


(Nashville, TN) -- Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman and Karen Fairchild admit that as hosts of the ABC special "CMA Music Festival: Country's Night To Rock," they didn't exactly act like professionals in interviewing Tim McGraw. Band members add that they aren't sure just how the network will use that footage in the show.


Karen and Kimberly say their interview with Tim included measuring his body fat. While bandmate Jimi Westbrook accuses them of "abusing your power," the women explain that they got the idea from Tim's wife, Faith Hill.

"CMA Music Festival: Country's Night To Rock" will air on ABC Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. The three-hour special features interviews and highlights from this year's CMA Music Festival, which took place in Nashville back in June. In addition to McGraw, Hill, and Little Big Town, the extensive lineup for the special includes Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert, Jake Owen, and many others.
