Lucy Hale Feels Responsibility As A Role Model

(Undated) -- Lucy Hale says she never anticipated being a person young girls would look up to. But the singer and actress tells "Cosmopolitan" that as a celebrity she feels a responsibility to be a role model. She also admits she isn't entirely comfortable with the impression people get from the pictures they see of her. Lucy says people respond to images of her on Instagram, saying she looks "so flawless." She adds that "little girls see that and they think they have to be like that" -- not knowing it's "fake hair, fake eyelashes and a good filter" that create her "flawless" appearance. Hale is featured on the cover of the September issue of "Cosmo."
