Lucy Hale Makes Grand Ole Opry Debut

(Nashville, TN) -- Lucy Hale says she can't really express just what performing on the Grand Ole Opry means to her. The "Pretty Little Liars" star, who released her first country album earlier this month, made her first Opry appearance over the weekend. The Opry tweets that Lucy told the audience that "little girls dream about their wedding dress," but she always "dreamed about the dress" she would wear on the Opry stage. The post, which Hale retweeted, also includes a few pictures including one of her with Opry legend Bill Anderson. After Saturday's show Lucy tweeted that she had "no words" to describe the experience and felt "beyond blessed," calling it "the best night" of her life.

Hale was originally expected to make her Opry debut back in February, but an illness forced her to postpone the special event. The singer is promoting her album, "Road Between."
