Pistol Annies Future Uncertain


(Undated) -- Pistol Annies are on hiatus, and Angaleena Presley admits she's not sure just when the country trio will make their return. The singer tells FOX411 they've decided that "at some point" they'll "be Pistol Grannies together," but a reunion in the near future seems less certain. Angaleena explains that they "just had to make a choice." She admits that when she and Ashley Monroe "didn't have that much going on" it was easier for them to coordinate their schedules with Miranda Lambert, but things have changed. Ashley was busy last year promoting her own album, "Like A Rose," while Angaleena is now prepping for the October 14th arrival of her solo debut disc, "American Middle Class." Meanwhile, Lambert released her new album, "Platinum," over the summer.

However, Presley isn't ready to declare Pistol Annies over. She explains that the group "just had to take a little break, but never say never." Pistol Annies debuted in 2011 with their chart-topping debut "Hell On Heels." The trio released their second album, "Annie Up," in May 2013.
