Taylor Swift Talks Big Announcement On "Tonight Show"

(New York, NY) -- Taylor Swift is set to live stream a big announcement Monday on Yahoo. But during the country-pop superstar's visit to "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Wednesday, she refused to share any details about what she might be announcing -- no matter how loudly the host asked.

Taylor joked that you can pretty much live stream just about anything these days, but didn't say no when Jimmy suggested that she might be live streaming news about her next album. Similarly, Swift avoided giving away anything about her upcoming performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. She did offer an official confirmation that she'll be taking the stage at the event, but said only that they're planning the performance now. Taylor's VMA gig is set to take place August 24th, while her Yahoo live stream starts at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on Monday.

Meanwhile, Swift also appeared in "The Tonight Show's" fan-favorite "Ew" sketch as a 13-year-old named Natalie who has a Band Aid collection and thinks both breaking up and getting back together are "ew." On top of all that, Taylor also found time to talk about her acting career. She's set to hit the big screen alongside Jeff Bridges and Meryl Streep in "The Giver," which opens this Friday.
