Morning Mindbender for Wednesday 5/23/18
According to a new study, Indiana ties California for the largest national increase in the price of this over the past year.
Gas now cost $.66 a gallon more this year than it did at this time last year. It also rose $.66 a gallon in California. However, California gas was already pretty expensive so their increase was only 22% while our increase was 30%. Indiana has the 7th highest gas tax rate in the country after new lwas went into effect last July. So get ready for a more expensive summer. But at least that gas tax will be going to fix our awful roads! (Hopefully….) Where’s the cheapest gas around you?
