Dia de Los Muertos (translated to “Day of the Dead”) is a multi-day Mexican celebration of their deceased friends and relatives spiritual journey after life. The celebration runs from October 31 – November 2.

A celebration? Celebrating the dead sounds pretty morbid, right? Not all true!

People of Mexican heritage look at it as a way to enjoy the spirits of their loved ones who have passed for a few days of festivities.

So where could you find some events celebrating Dia de Los Muertos around Indianapolis?

  • El Rodeo in Carmel and Red Habaneros in Fishers will have drink specials all weekend
