“Old Town Road- Part 2” will be the continuation of their first viral Country-Trap song that Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus blessed the world with in 2019, “Old Town Road.” The catchy song originally was recorded by Lil Nas X, where he took it to social media stating “Twitter please help me get Billy Ray Cyrus on this.”

Twitter came through and before we knew it, Country-Trap was born and thriving. Who would have thought that the country singer that sung about achy-breaky hearts would be the one to make us fall in love with a country hip-hop crossover! The popularity of “Old Town Road” never got old and only gained attraction and popularity. Since 2019, the song has won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video at the 2020 Grammys.
Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus decided that they wanted to go even bigger and better by releasing “Old Town Road- Part 2.” They revealed that they wanted to take the world by storm and plan a surprise release and not announce it until the day of. We have not gotten the chance to hear it yet but if it is anything like the original, we are predicting to hear it all over the radio, TikTok, and playing repeatedly in our heads!
