Lady Antebellum, “Champagne Night”

Season 2, Episode 1: Songwriter Madeline Merlo originally performed the song “I’ll Drink to That” for Lady Antebellum and the judges. After working with country music producer Shane McAnally, the song transformed into “Champagne Night,” which was recorded by Lady Antebellum and is their current single. Martina McBride, “Girls Like Me”

Season 2, Episode 4: Songwriter Halie performed the song “Girls Like Me” for Martina McBride and the judges. After working with producer Ester Dean, Martina McBride chose the new version of the song to record and it is her current single. See the song’s journey below [WATCH].

Florida Georgia Line, “Second Guessing”

Season 2, Episode 6: Songwriter Griffen Palmer performed his song “Second Guessing” for Florida Georgia Line and the judges. After working with country music producer Shane McAnally, Florida Georgia Line picked the updated version of his song and recorded it. “Second Guessing” will be featured on FGL’s new EP 6-Pack available Friday, May 22.
