According to a new study, the average person spends 1 hour and 52 minutes every day in a bad mood and this is the number one reason why.

A bad night’s sleep

Lack of sleep is the top reason people are in a bad mood during the day – for an average of almost two hours! The other top reasons were getting into an argument with your significant other, feeling sick, computer or technical troubles, your partner being in a bad mood, traffic and a bad day at work. So if you don’t sleep well because of an argument and now your partner is also mad then you feel sick while in traffic on your way to a bad day at work because of computer trouble – you’ll probably spend 24 hours in a bad mood! What usually triggers a bad mood for you?
